Kathy Duncan is the director and brings 43 years of experience. She has taught all five of her own grandchildren and now teaches the children of her former preschoolers. Laurie Merwin has twenty years as a preschool teacher. Melissa Neidhardt has nearly two decades in childcare and a degree in elementary education. Mikaela Knupsky, Christina Uddstrom, and Katie Winner are also on staff.
The team is anchored by Kathy Duncan, who brings 43 years of experience to the program. Laurie Merwin has taught preschool for twenty years. They teach the 3- and 4-year-old classes and the full-day enrichment program for 4s. Classes run in morning and afternoon sessions, so children meet different teachers depending on their group.
