What a tour looks like
The room your child would join
You will see the actual classroom, with the materials on the shelves and the outdoor space, during an ordinary part of the day. Watch how the children move between activities and how the room is set up for them.
The teachers
You will meet the teacher who runs the room and the director, Kathy Duncan. Ask how a day runs from start to finish. Ask how they handle the first weeks when a child is settling in.
Your questions
Ask about hours, meals, pickups, and tuition. If we do not know an answer on the spot, we follow up. Bring your list of questions and we will go through them.
Before you come
A tour works best when your child comes along. Your child can see the room, touch the materials, and meet the teacher. Our morning class runs from 8:30 to 11:30 a. m. for children ages 3 to 5.
Ask about hours and pickup times. Ask about meals, rest, and how the first weeks are handled. Find out how parents hear about the day and what happens when a child is unwell.
